Refunds
At Alpine Honey Inc we are completely confident that you will love our honey products.
If, however, you decide that something you’ve ordered is not quite the right fit, feel free to contact us at: info@alpinehoney.ca
RETURN & EXCHANGES
We are committed to providing you with the best quality service and products! If, for whatever reason, you are not happy with the products that you have ordered, please return your unused and re-sellable items to us, in their original packaging, with original Alpine Honey Inc. receipt, within 30 days from the receipt of your shipment.

Once your return has been received, we will issue a refund, less shipping costs and a 10% re-stocking fee.

We do not offer refunds for batch differences (i.e. color, texture, taste) as these differences are due to the natural state of the product and do not indicate compromised quality.
RETURN & EXCHANGES

Refunds will be provided in the same way that the initial payment was made i.e. Visa payments will be refunded directly to your Visa.
Please be aware that we cannot accept exchanges or returns on used or damaged items.
Qualifying exchanges and returns must be in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
